SIC (Social Isolation Cell)

Quarantining has never been viewed as a positive thing throughout history.
So now when a pandemic happens, and the people try to continue their ordinary lives, the governments of earth has decided enough is enough.
Now, any sign of a pandemic will lead to immediate detention in the corporate-owned SIC (Social Isolation Cell) for everyone in the proximity of the pandemic.
Everyone is separated up into one-man cells, and are under constant observation. Any sign of extreme sickness or expiration will lead to the person being placed in a medical pod, and sent off for treatment, and or incineration.
